Fair and acceptable use

You may use FragZone for personal, lawful gameplay. You may not:

Callsigns and enforcement

Your callsign is shown to other players. You are responsible for it and must have the right to use it. FragZone may replace or remove a callsign, disconnect a session, limit traffic, or block access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, or protect others.

Counter-Strike and Valve are trademarks or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only where lawful.

These terms may be updated as the project changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to jeffersonkline@gmail.com.
