By accessing or playing FragZone, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FragZone. The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Fair and acceptable use
You may use FragZone for personal, lawful gameplay. You may not:
- attack, scan, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, game server, hosting providers, or other players;
- use automation, unauthorized bots, modified clients, or scripts to gain an advantage, occupy capacity, evade limits, or disrupt matches;
- exploit vulnerabilities outside good-faith security research conducted only with permission and reported privately under the security policy;
- use callsigns that are hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, harassing, unlawfully impersonating, or that expose personal information;
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
Callsigns and enforcement
Your callsign is shown to other players. You are responsible for it and must have the right to use it. FragZone may replace or remove a callsign, disconnect a session, limit traffic, or block access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, or protect others.
Service and source code
FragZone may change, suspend, or end any part of the service at any time. The source repository is available under the MIT License. Third-party materials remain subject to their own license terms.
No affiliation with Valve
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only where lawful.
